Microsoft StaffHub is designed for workers that operate in service related Industries. Typically not having their own office, desk, or computer. Because of which it becomes difficult for workers to access and share Data that is crucial for Business operation. As a result the workers rely on manual processes and outdated tools that leads to printing of paper schedules, bulletin boards with excessive notes, phone calls and text messages to cover shifts.
Microsoft StaffHub is a new application for Office 365 which is in design to help staff workers manage their workday with Time Management, Information sharing and the ability to connect to other employees.
Microsoft StaffHub makes it easy for managers to create, update and manage shift schedules for their Team and also streamlining what has been a labor-intensive process.
Employees have access to all their shift information, including the ability to easily swap shifts with others right from the Microsoft StaffHub mobile app.
When schedule conflicts comes up; Microsoft StaffHub makes it easy to swap a shift or offer a shift to someone else. Requests are always routed to the manager for approval, and updates and notifications are automatically sent to the team.
Quickly Share and Distribute Information
With Microsoft StaffHub, managers can quickly distribute important information to their team, such as policy documents, news bulletins or videos. Managers also have a fast and reliable way to send quick messages to team members.
Connect to Others
Companies often use various systems to help manage their workforce through Softwares. Carrying forward with the Microsoft tradition; StaffHub is a software design to a game changer and would smoothen the process of connectivity. It will facilitate support connections to Kronos, a leading provider of workforce Management and human capital Management Cloud Solutions. Initially, this integration will enable managers to import individual and Team schedule information from Kronos’s Workforce Central platform directly into Microsoft StaffHub.
