AI marketing agent that researches demand, drafts the content and waits for a person to approve every piece
Our AI marketing agent is the Marketing Agent we run in Microsoft Teams. It answers questions from our live analytics, researches what buyers search for, drafts and checks the content, and queues every piece for a person to approve before it goes live.
Built and run in our own business

Short answer
The Marketing Agent is our AI marketing agent with two specialists. Insights answers plain-language questions from Google Analytics 4, Search Console, PageSpeed, the website and the CRM, researches keyword demand and competitors, and flags tracking problems early. Content drafts and checks articles, pages and social posts for search visibility, readability and links, working from the briefs Insights prepares. A person approves every piece before it goes live, and every action is logged.

Human control
Where a person stays in charge
The agent acts on its own only within rules we set. Anything that affects a customer, money, a bid or a candidate waits for a person.
Read-only access
Insights reads analytics and sales data; it cannot change campaigns or the website.
A person approves every piece
Nothing Content writes goes live until an editor approves it.
Every action logged
Each step, tool call and approval is written to the audit log, which feeds the activity log on this page.
Switched off in one step
Each agent has a daily cost cap and a kill switch, and is pinned to one model tier, so cost and behavior stay predictable.
Behind the agent
Automations behind the Marketing Agent
Scheduled jobs and integrations that work next to the agent. These follow fixed rules rather than AI.
For your business
Put an agent like this to work for your team
If your team spends hours on marketing reports and checklists, the same AI marketing agent can answer from your own GA4, Search Console and CRM data, run your SEO checklist on every draft and leave the final say with your editors. Each agent can be powered by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or open-source models, chosen per task, and we tell you where each model processes your data. It is one of the AI agents for business we run in our own company every day.
Self-serve reporting
Managers ask questions instead of waiting for a report.
Pre-publish SEO checks
Your checklist applied to every article, every time.
Early warnings

Common questions
AI marketing agent: questions marketing teams ask
What is an AI marketing agent?
An AI marketing agent is AI that does marketing work, not only answers questions: it reads your analytics, researches search demand, drafts content and checks it against your rules. Ours works in Microsoft Teams and leaves every publishing decision to a person.
Is AI content bad for SEO?
Not because it involves AI. Google says its systems reward original, high-quality content however it is produced, and that using AI to generate content mainly to manipulate rankings breaks its spam policies (Google Search Central guidance on AI-generated content). Our agent drafts and checks; an editor decides what goes live.
Can AI analyze Google Analytics data?
Yes. Google Analytics 4 makes its reports available to software through the Google Analytics Data API, so an agent can run the same reports a person would. Insights has read-only access: it cannot change the property, your campaigns or the website.
Which AI models does the agent use?
It can be powered by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or open-source models, chosen per task. OpenAI, Anthropic and open-source models run in Microsoft Foundry on Azure; Google’s Gemini models run on Google Cloud. We tell you which model is used and where it processes your data before work starts, and prompts and outputs are not used to train the models.
Questions buyers ask
Before you decide
Does the agent publish by itself?
No. Every article, page and post waits for an editor to approve it, and a restore point is saved before any live page is revised.
Can it change our campaigns?
No. Insights has read-only access to analytics and sales data. Any change to a campaign or the website is made by a person.
Which platforms does it work with?
Ours uses Google Analytics 4, Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, WordPress and our CRM. We connect yours during setup through their APIs.
