- Run and improveDay-to-day operation and a monthly review of security, cost and AI.
Our promise: a monthly report on what we did, what changed and what it cost. No black box.
Security and access
How we access your environment
- Least privilege. Delegated admin access (GDAP) limited to the roles you approve, for the time you approve.
- Multi-factor authentication on every account we use in your tenant.
- Audit trail. Our actions are logged in your tenant and summarized in the monthly report.
- Your data stays put. We operate your environment; we do not copy your content out of it.

Common questions
Microsoft 365 managed services: common questions
Is Microsoft a managed service provider for Microsoft 365?
No. Microsoft runs the cloud service itself, but under its shared responsibility model your accounts, devices, data and settings stay your responsibility. A Microsoft 365 managed service provider takes on that day-to-day work: user changes, security alerts, license clean-up and support for your staff.
Are Office 365 managed services different from Microsoft 365 managed services?
Mostly in name. Office 365 is the apps and cloud services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams); Microsoft 365 adds Windows, Intune and more security. Our Office 365 managed services and Microsoft 365 managed services are the same plans, covering whichever you license.
What does an Azure managed service provider do?
An Azure managed service provider watches your Azure workloads, applies updates and access reviews, and keeps spend in check. As an Azure managed service provider, we add Azure support from the Standard plan up, include Azure cost management in every plan, and run AI agents on Azure as an add-on.
Questions buyers ask
Before you decide
Do we have to buy our Microsoft licenses from you?
No. Licensing and management on one invoice is simpler, but the managed service works with licenses bought anywhere.
Can you work alongside our IT team?
Yes. You can keep your own IT staff and use us for Microsoft depth, security monitoring and AI operations, with responsibilities agreed in the scoping step.
How do we switch from our current provider?
The transition step covers delegated access, documentation and handover, timed so there is no gap in support.
What does “AI-powered” mean here?
That the service covers the AI agents and assistants you run: monitoring, model updates, access reviews and reporting, alongside the usual Microsoft support and security.
