Before you decide
Do we need to wipe or re-image existing laptops?
Usually not. Existing Windows devices can be enrolled in place; Autopilot is used for new or reset devices.
Will you control staff personal phones?
No. App protection policies protect company data inside Outlook, Teams and OneDrive without managing the rest of the phone.
Do we have the right licenses?
Intune is included in Business Premium and most E3 and E5 plans. The assessment confirms it.
Can you manage Macs?
